Attention! Vegetable-tanned leather has irregularities and roughness, and therefore may have darker tones in some areas, and lighter in others. This is not a defect, but the characteristic of a real vegetable-tanned leather, which adds a touch of vintage charm and true Made in Italy style to the leather.

Vegetable tanning is an ancient technique that dates back to the medieval period and was developed in Tuscany in the lands located along the Arnò river. The leather is placed in barrels with water containing tannins (natural dyes, coming from plants and tree bark).
The peculiarity of the production of this bag: first the bag is completely assembled from a raw hide, then a dye bath is carried out during which it loses 30% of its volume. Then it is slowly dried in the open air, and treated by hand with a natural beeswax. This last step gives the product an unmistakable softness and a beautiful aged effect.

Closure: front flap, with 2 magnetic buttons, masked with retro stylized straps with buckles.

Adjustable shoulder strap in raw cut, made of genuine leather, its height (drop) is adjusted from 63 to 54 cm.

Inside: unlined, 2 side compartments, 1 central compartment with zip.

Entirely made in Italy, by Tuscan artisans.
