Women's shoulder bag made of real vegetable tanned leather, with a vintage effect.

Vegetable tanning is an ancient technique that dates back to the medieval period and developed in Tuscany in the lands located along the Arnò river. The leather is placed in the barrels with water containing tannins (natural dyes, coming from plants and tree bark). The barrels are in rotation and shaking for about 48 hours. This technique allows to obtain a softer and more flexible leather.

This processing of tanning is 100% ecological.

Designer: Cuoieria Fiorentina - is an Italian brand, created in Florence 40 years ago. The company has an artisan leather workshop, specialized in the production of leather goods according to traditional Tuscan techniques.

The product is entirely made by Italian craftsmen. 100% Made in Italy.

With 2 detachable shoulder straps:

- shoulder strap made of metal chain with braided leather strap, 29 cm height (drop);  

- adjustable shoulder strap, long, in genuine leather, 65 cm. height (drop).

Front embosed logo.

Closure: zipper.

Inside: unlined, suede, with printed logos; 1 open pocket.

Attention! The surface of the vegetable tanned leather has irregularities and roughness and in some areas different shades of colour. This is not a defect, but it is the characteristic of a real leather, worked and naturally tanned according to ancient Tuscan techniques.
