Retro style men's shoulder bag, "journalist's bag" model, made by Italian artisans of real vegetable tanned leather.
The vegetable tanning process is an ancient technique that dates back to the medieval period and developed in Tuscany in the lands located along the Arnò river. The leather is placed into the barrels with water containing tannins (natural dyes, coming from plants and tree bark). This coloring technique is 100% ecological.
Tanning gives the leather a warm and natural tone. Live leather has irregularities and roughness, and therefore may have darker shades in some areas, and lighter in others. This is not a defect, but the characteristic of real leather, vegetable tanned, which adds a touch of vintage charm and true Made in Italy style to the leather.
